"Polite and courteous staff"

"The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat...

"Clean room hot shower"

"The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area. I’ve been living in Waterbury, CT since 1994. I know all the bad areas to avoid. That location is not a bad area. So, I really wasn’t happy of the introduction...

"It was a good stay overall, my main issue was the bedding had stains however the staff was very quick to give us new cleaner sheets. It was good for a night stay on a road trip."

"Fairly good hotel. Some staff were very helpful while others I can say luke warm. The parking is plenty but the door on the back side of the parking where you would get in the hotel from the 2nd floor was always open even at night which made me feel a little unsafe but I think this was a 3 days oversight when I was there."

"They accepted my Beagle Therapy Dog and were kind. There were no roller carts available when I checked in but I used a chair with rollers to bring in my stuff rather than carry it with my bad shoulders. All else was great as usual"
