We knew parking and logistics of getting to and out of the property would be different. The front desk was good about being available via WhatsApp. We just couldn’t trust that our car would be ready at 3:30am so we left a day early to stay closer to the airport. The spa was amazing and the vibe is very quiet, but nice and unique. Be aware, no television in the rooms.

The property was beautifully designed and in a great location. The service was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make my special occasion extremely memorable. The spa is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the free use of the facilities during a rainy day. If we had more time we would have gone back. Thank you to the team for the extras and the special attention to detail. Room was more than suitable and location was a few minutes from st Charles station easy travel to airport and to metro around the city. A major bonus was the electronic toilet in the room who my fellow guest Kevin vaughan said was surprisingly enjoyable but it tickles a bit.
