"Not impressed with this property. Expected more attention to details. Amenities promised were nonexistent. The market place that was supposed to have cookies always completely empty no matter what time of day. Staff contradicted saying restock was in the AM or other staff advising restocked in the evening. If this is an amenity it should be stocked throughout the day and evening or just don’t offer it. A lot of mismanagement at the front desk.young inexperienced staff who could care less about our experience. The property seemed to have a lot of potential but sadly disappointed. "

"This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all very nice. The spa is amazing. The amenities are great! The only thing I will say is that we checked out on a Friday. On Saturday morning it seemed like they were completely understaffed for breakfast service both for room service and the restaurant servers/chefs/hostess."

"Good options nearby with Outlet shopping across the street. Had business at the Convention Center, so Ubers were quick as well as getting to the airport. Will definitely come back if business brings me to the area."
