My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city.The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so very kind. I stayed here with elderly parents and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. Breakfast (brunch really) is included and the food in the restaurant is delicious. There is a smelly drain in front of the hotel and I felt bad for the receptionist who sits close to the entryway all day — but they are working on it! You won’t notice it in your room. Excellent boutique hotel for location and friendly staff.

A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean.

Nice and comfortable hotel mid way between Auroville and Pondicherry. 10 min walk to the beach. I had a great time there. I will gladly stay again.

Good stay. Tasty morning breakfast. AC worked and WiFi was fine. Some instructions were not clear so could not use the in room safe.

Staff was very responsive and provided excellent service.
