My husband and I came to Cholula for a wedding, and the stayed at casa Eva was amazing , it such a beautiful place nicely decorated wonderful staff, immaculate clean. I would definitely stayed there again.

Excellent hotel very close to the city center. The staff speak English and were very friendly and helpful. Loved this place! They served breakfast and it was quite good. There is no gym at the property. They have a spa. We didn’t have the time to try it.

We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff is absolutely great, professional and kind. The hotel and room were beautiful. Unfortunately the power went out 3 different days, and the water one. There are no refrigerators in the room or hair dryers. Also, no heat. I asked for a portable heater for my room and they don’t have any. As beautiful as it was I need to be warm at night in the winter and reliable electricity.

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s my favorite place to go it’s clean and quiet and very nice but the one thing that makes me return is the staff from the front desk and the restaurant but every time I go Paola helps me and goes above and beyond to help out especially since I have kids I definitely will return

Relaxing

Wonderful space with calm energy and a generous and kind staff. Highly recommended if you're OK with a little heat. I knew there wouldn't be air conditioning and there was a heat wave the weekend I was there, so that was a little uncomfortable. But I just took a dip in the pool every time I got too hot. Also the massage therapist/aesthetician was beyond incredible!

Nice hotel but… Pros: Staff was very friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. Cons: WiFi was very slow (<5Mb). Couldn’t get a glass with ice on Sunday 3:00 pm because they had ran out of it.

I stayed in room #3 and there was a sewage smell most likely coming from the shower drain. Room was nice but with the smell it was difficult to like.
