Really nice stay--helpful staff (patient with our beginner Spanish), excellent restaurants, and terrific rooms (our family had two different but equally nice rooms). Easy walk to the historic city center with lots to do. We'd have liked better wifi service, but other than that, we loved it. We'll be back!

It was a fantastic stay for us, this is a great hotel. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this hotel deserves it. The staff was super nice and attentive, during the check in they immediately offerd us a welcoming complementary drink. The room was impeccable clean and spacious, the bathroom was incredible big, with an independent shower, toilet and bathtub, double sink. The decoration was modern but not saturated. And even though it is an antique building (from the 1800's) it has been well restored. We recommend 100%

Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Puebla. We had a wonderful stay. The staff are attentive and always available. Just a short walk to the city central. The onsite restaurant is one of the best in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming hotel located very close to downtown. It is a beautiful property with wonderful rooms. The pool and spa are great extras. Also, the hotel restaurant is considered one of the best in Pueblo. Make sure to try it! Highly recommended.
