Definitely wasn’t anything like the pictures in the ads showed it to be. Some updates are definitely needed. And some staff meetings on etiquette and mannerisms would be helpful too.

The room was very loud. I could hear the conversation in one room and Law and Order playing in another room. It went on most of the night. The bed was pretty comfortable but the room overall was fairly small. The breakfast was slightly better than the standard at other equivalent hotels. I was suprised ...
