The room and hallway were in rough shape. The light/fan above the toilet were broken looking and the fire alarm was missing. It looks like the cleaning staff did a good job trying to clean and the front desk lady was very nice. I think that overall the building just needs a lot of repairs.

This property is either new or very well maintained. I would almost call it luxurious. Our king suite was spacious and gorgeous, with lots of great features like electronic shades and curtains, two shower heads, a sweet 55" TV on a swivel, and a full kitchen. All the staff was super nice and friendly. The hot breakfast had so many wonderful options.

Meh.

As far as a place to sleep it did the job. There were no blankets, just a flat sheet and the bed cover and everyone knows the first rule of staying in a hotel is to ditch the bed cover. The available breakfast was prepackaged muffins, fruit cups, and raisen bran. Pretty lack luster.

Oddly provishioned room

Coffee maker and coffee, but no pot fir thr coffee maker and no cups to drink out of! No hangers. Don't bring your own, there's no place to hang them! At least they had hot water and cold quiet a/c. Breakfast? Ha!

Could use some work

Only one ice machine functioning, pool/hot tub closed for repair, several vending machines broken, smoke detector in the room was missing - just the wire dangling from ceiling. Damage to paint on walls. On plus side, towels were soft and bed was fine.

Only good part was the staff!

The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this experience! She was very sweet and so helpful. The rest of the hotel the AC went out in the entire hotel, it was almost 100 degrees. The rooms hadn't been vacuumed well, and it overall was in a terrible area! There's homeless walking around and asking for money. The hotel pool is in serious construction so that is not available, the laundry machines weren't working and people yelling from their rooms. I had just me and the kids, and didn't feel real safe.

This property is in desperate need of some updates. The bath tub had a hole in the wall. The bottom edge were the top and bottom meet had hair coming out of it. Big hole on the wall behind toilet. Staff was nice enough. Food was limited to cereal oatmeal milk n muffins

Definition of a fleabag hotel. Dirty room at check in. Pool or hot tub are not usable. Coffee pot was missing parts and not usable. Water goes from hot to freezing to burning sporadically. Front desk clerk with the turtle tattoos was very rude and the opposite of hospitable. Many many very sketchy looking people on property. No security, including outer door locks not working. People sleeping in stairwells. Room window would not lock. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

Pleasantly surprised

I booked a smoking room, and I usually expect a neglected room with damaged furniture & cigarette burns everywhere but this one was nice and clean and comfortable. Compared to the room I had the previous night further north in Colorado this was 100% better. Guests were quiet, staff was friendly, and check in was quick & easy. Would definitely stay there again.
