Good location only a 10 minute walk to beautiful Carrillo Beach, easy walk to restaurants and market. Big room, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, delicious breakfast and more! Definitely recommend!

El Colibri is an excellent choice for a week long stay in Playa Carrillo. Our kids loved the pool and were very comfortable roaming about the property and surrounding area. The walk down to the beach was very reasonable, as was access to the market and several small restaurants. Of course I need to mention El Colibri's outstanding Argentinian parrilla. Rooms are big and comfy, staff is pretty friendly and the breakfast was great. Pool was good, services like chairs and showers at the beach were fantastic as well. Hope to visit again!

Its very nice siting on the veranda watching the birds singing in the mango trees and the rain in the afternoon .The short walk to the beach is very stress free you will meet the locals And see a lot more than you expect .you will love the soda close by (Francisco ) very good food and nice family that is Carrillo .we had a good time .

One of the best views you can get into Carillo, the hotel looks like it is brand new, great prices on the happy hour and food, the infinity pool makes everything better.

What a spectacular location, extremely private and beautiful. The accomodations are absolutely spotless and welcoming staff. But be sure you have four wheel drive or arrange for transportation.

We had a late flight and arrived late, but were given excellent directions which made checking in seamless and easy. The location was close to the beach, very convenient, clean and quiet. We loved our stay here!

Everything was amazing from the room to the pool and the breakfast was excellent as well. We liked it so much we extended out stay.

We loved the location! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Right in the heart of town it was easy to walk to any restaurant and easy walk to the beach! We will be back!!!

Great place to stay in Nosara 👍

The hotel is easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The ease for making arrangements - transportation to other area attractions as well as other locations in Costa Rica - plus COVID testing on site, and thoughtful room design made this a pleasant place to stay. I learned a lot at the lessons I took at the hotel’s surf club.

The roads getting to the property — and the Nosara area — were incredibly bumpy and rough. Once we arrived it was totally worth it. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with our Spanish, made it easy to schedule rides to town and activities offered. The restsurant was beautiful and the food was fresh and they had light healthy options. There is only 1 restaurant on site, so going into town for some meals was nice (La Luna has the best sunsets ever) The onsite pool were perfect—the views...

We travel to Nosara once or twice each year. We usually rent homes but really loved our stay at Esh. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help with anything you need at any time. I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Esh! Beautiful property.

There is no reason to consider any other hotel in Samara.
