Wir hatten 6 schöne Tage im Hotel. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Verbesserungsfähig: - Klimaanlage wäre angenehm - Zimmerreinigung täglich (im Augenblick nicht Do und So) - Fernbedienung und Fön muss gegen Pfand an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden. - Kein Shampoo oder Duschgel

Great place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz

We enjoyed our stay at the Los Dragos, the apartments are roomy and well equipped. We stayed in room 304 which has a sea view from the balcony although the road outside can be a bit noisy. There is ample parking outside in the road so it is an ideal base if you have a car. The breakfast is good quality and plentiful and the breakfast room is pleasant. The location of the hotel may not suit everyone as it is about 1km from the main area of restaurants in the old town up a fairly steep climb although there is ample free parking in the town if you decide to take your car instead of the exercise or you can walk about 100 yards to the Ruen Thai which we found served good food at a reasonable price. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful and the only issue we had in our two week stay was a slight leak in the kitchen which we reported to reception and was fixed and cleared up while we were at breakfast.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday

We had booked this holiday just as a short respite from a horrible winter but the north of Tenerife proved a revelation. Pretty villages, historic towns, excellent walking trails and wonderful food. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly be back. The apartment block was smart and clean, very conveniently situated with good facilities and helpful staff.

Achtung: Standardausstattung nur gegen Kaution!

Standardausstattungsmerkmale eines jeden Hotels sind hier nur gegen Kautionshinterlegung erhältlich, also Fernseher und Haartrockner. Noch nie erlebt. Für das Fitnesscenter mussten schon 50 Euro hinterlegt werden. Das schmälert zunächst einmal das Bargeld am Urlaubsort, denn natürlich gab es von Expedia darüber keinerlei Informationen. Frechheit. Das Personal ist immer mit sehr vielen Dingen beschäftigt. Der Rezeptionist räumt schon mal die Frühstücksteller weg, fehlt dann aber an der Rezeption. In einer Woche wurden die Betten nur dreimal gemacht. Zimmerreinigung gab es gar nicht.

Ren og komfortabel lejlighed i udkanten af Puerto de la Cruz i et mindre hotel (bare 26 lejligheder), hvor man får meget for pengene. Køkkenfaciliteterne må dog betegnes som en minimumsløsning.

Appartement mit wenig Sauberkeit und Motorenlärm

Das Appartement liegt für fitte Leute sind und gerne 15 - 20 Minuten in das Städtchen laufen, sehr gut. Man ist nicht direkt im Touri-Viertel. Es gilt aber zu beachten, dass der Rückweg ziemlich steil ist. Bei den Zimmern zur Strasse hin wird man jeden Abend beim einschlafen von Motorenlärm begleitet, da sich unten am Hotel ein Kreisel befindet, von welchem alle Strassen steil ansteigen und dementsprechend mit erhöhter Tourenzahl gefahren wird. Es hätte auch eine kleine Küche, doch dort war alles so dreckig, dass es keinen Spass gemacht hat zu kochen. Es hatte auch kein richtiges Kochwerkzeug oder irgendwelche Gewürze. Auch die Zimmer wurden durch die Putzfrauen nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, dafür mit viel Chemie. Unter den Stühlen und hinter den Türen wurde während den ganzen 10 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt. Zudem wird am Donnerstag und Sonntag grundsätzlich kein Zimmerservice gemacht. Das Morgenessen war nicht sehr ausgefallen, aber ausreichend. Immer das selbe, aber für uns auch genügend da wir jeden Morgen früh zu Wandern weggefahren sind. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. WIFI funktioniert im ganzen Hotel sehr gut. Der Pool lag mehr oder weniger immer im Schatten, ist aber auch möglich das dies an der Jahreszeit liegt.

Stayed here in September 2016. Good basic apartment. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Easy free parking if you have a hire car and easy to find from the motorway. Gentle downhill walk into the town, about 10 minutes away.

Un hotel muy bien en cuanto calidad - precio.

En nuestro caso fui con mi familia compuesta de mi mujer y mi hija de 9 años. La habitación muy amplia y agradable, con su cocina con lo indispensable sin mas. En cuanto a la comodidad debo decir que el sofá cama era horrible, el colchón no estaba plano y resultaba muy incómodo de dormir. La limpieza no era para exigentes pero si aceptable. En definitiva yo sí volvería ya que está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y no lejos del centro y hay mucho sitio para aparcar.

Hotel zum Start für Erkundung der Insel

Hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt, gut dass die Sonne in Puerto de Cruz oft von den Wolken abgeschirmt ist, Aber ein kurzer Trip ins Landesinnere und man ist über den Wolken und kann alles genießen. Das Orotavatal hat unter seinen Bäumen zum Wandern eingeladen, der El Teide lädt zum Staunen ein, die verschiedenen Buchten bieten unterschiedlichen Badespaß, sanfte Wellen in San Andres, und hohe Wellen am Strand in Buenavista. Loro- und Siam-Park sind schon fast Pflichtveranstaltungen. Wobei der Siam-Park für Teenies das größere Vergnügen bildet.

Au top niveau qualité prix

superbe séjour de 9 nuits, très bon accueil, petits déjeuners complet et remplis dès qu'il y a un manque, ménage et lits fait presque tout les jours, que 24 chambre du coups résidence calme. à choisir sans hésiter ! astuce : demandez la chambre 306, belle vue sur la mer

Family holiday

The hotel is perfect located if you want do discover Tenerife. Not so close to the city center but its a 3 min. drive. There are many free parking places on the street in front of the hotel. The apartment was big, clean and with nice balcony. Very good wifi internet and good breakfast. The only problem was that there wasn't coffee (espresso) in the hotel but across the street there was a nice cafe.
