There is very little parking on site . As the police department takes most of the spots. You should make a 2 or 3 story parking area in the triangle area of your property since it only grows weeds. First night ended when street construction began at 8 am under my balcony which we weren’t notified prior. Continental Breakfast was large but most guests were stuck looking to make sure the food was cooked enough to eat. The hotel Building was clean . my room was clean. We left early due to weather

The hotel needs updating desperately. More than a coat of paint can provide. The curtains have holes. The shower head is as old as the building. The furniture is broken and mismatched. The location is great and the town is wonderful. Phones in room also don’t work. Alley that one needs to walk through to get to entrance smells horribly of pee. Parking on the street is free but can be very tricky to find

Great budget hotel in the quieter side of town.

If on a budget the hotel is great. Not the newest or the best, but overall clean, comfortable and located near the beach and in the quieter side of the town. The breakfast is very varied and it is clear that staff is trying to bring something special around the holidays, but the quality is pretty low, so a suggestion would be to lower the variety, while focusing on quality and taste for smaller choice. Overall, pretty happy woith the stay.

Top marks for cleanliness and smily and friendly cleaners. Can't be said for the waiting staff and receptionists who d rather bury their heads behind the screen and only do greet when they are prompted. There is certainly a bit of work/training to do there. The food is boring and bland with only minor changes each day, next time I would not go half board but just stick with breakfast only. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable. Shower is good, beaches and restaurants closeby, parking ok. Our stay with seaview rooms was tarnished because of builing works right outside towards the sea front- the noise commenced at 7/7.30am every morning. All in all a solid 3* which only doesnt get more because of some of the staff which I hope will be addressed soon.

A nice, clean, and cosy hotel in the middle of Puerto De La Cruz. No hills to climb, nearby the sea an shops. Breakfast was included, only disappointment ( and not really a complaint) the toasting machine was not working properly.

My recommendation would be to avoid this hotel. We paid for 5 nights and stayed 1. Where do I start; dated, took 5 minutes for shower to heat up, no heated pool, soviet style architecture, breakfast inedible. Claims to be 4*, would be 2* at most in UK.

The room was sea view but opposite Soccer school. We were woken up every morning from 7.30 by children playing football, blowing horns and banging drums. This went on all day until about 7.30 to 8pm. No siesta. Check in was fine as we arrived late. The staff member was very helpful. The rest of the staff at this hotel were not friendly at all. Breakfast was fine but if you didn't arrive early for dinner there was no hot food left. Whether it was replaced after we walked out disgusted I didn't hang about to find out. The rooms were very clean, beds were lovely and comfortable but the room was very tired. Chunks of rendering missing out of the walls. A very low standard 4 star hotel for Melia. I have stayed in many and this was not up to their normal standard. It's a very good job I have another week left in Tenerife South as I would not be rested or relaxed after my 1st 4 days in this hotel.

Slapen was onmogelijk. Papieren muren, plafond en vloer. Gedurende de hele dag worden meubels verschoven met een ongeloofelijke lawaai telkens. Begint al vroeg in de ochtend en het is een dusdanig hard geluid dat je we wakker van schrikt. Ook hoor je vanaf de 5e verdieping mensen op straat praten.
