"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! "

"This hotel is near White Beach, not Sabang Beach. There is a problem with Google Maps when you look it up. White Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants on White Beach. The beds were comfortable but the wifi did not work in our room location. Air conditioning cooled the room but the extra warm temperatures were too much for the unit. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and attentive!"

"A good value. Hot water shower, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable bed, and backup generator (used during periodic "brown outs".) Their restaurant is closed but there are three nearby restaurants that are good. Two within easy walking distance and the third is quickly reached by tricycle (local transport). "From pool time to beach dining, there are some great places to rest or enjoy water sports. Staff are attentive and the resort is on a quiet beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and also respond to Messenger or text, which is convenient for ordering lunch or asking about snorkeling. White Beach is 2 minutes away for shopping or the boardwalk. The junior suite has a nice bathbtub, fridge and balcony. Family rooms are right on the beach level. Nice!"
