โLove this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. Itโs only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. โThere are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort.
First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing.
We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained.

โWhat what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasnโt feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasnโt an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. โ
โThey were very accommodating, free brewed coffee and water, free rides when we asked and a person with disability room that was first rate. The pool was very clean and we'll kept. A wonderful experience.โ
โGood location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond...
