This hotel is at very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Next to the bus station so easy to take bus to water falls in Argetina and Brazil sides, and from and to IGR airport.

Everyone was very nice. We arrived dripping wet and they immediately offered us towels before giving us our room key. Breakfast had a variety of options and restaurants were walkable for dinner. The lobby was a nice environment to hang out while we waited for the taxi they ordered for us to the airport.

Room was extremely humid with plenty of moisture and mold formation close to the window. Bathroom was unclean and missing basic stuff like soap and shampoo. I cancelled our last night even not being refunded once my wife and daughter got sick due to the humidity.

It was walking distance to a variety of restaurants and in close proximity to the bus terminal. The free breakfast was quite good, with a variety of things to eat. The air conditioner worked and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Towels were threadbare, and in very limited supply. The lobby area was in need of some cleaning (ie., sofas in lobby area), but dining area was clean.

The location is convenient to the downtown.Cross to the bus terminal to the Falls. There is no cups and chair to sit in the room. The air conditioner is quite noisy and not cool too. The front desk staff is really nice, the breakfast is ok. On the left side of the hotel, there is a taxi company to the airport. We stayed for three nights to the falls

I booked two rooms for 2 nights and both rooms had dirty sheets. The shower was moldy and the bathroom facilities were lousy. They give a shared sink service that the pipe was clogged and with a lot of dirt in it. Significant improvements are needed to the property. The attitude of the customer service representatives was not the best.

Location is good. Just next to the main bus station Where you can take bus to the fall and the airport. Breakfast was good enough. Property condition，Was more like two star. Almost all appliances make noise，ac, bathroom fan and even fridge. Air CON was leaking.

La ubicación está de 10 si quieres ir las cataratas, a unos pocos metros está la central de autobuses, le falta limpieza, está un poco viejo las instalaciones, el personal es poco amable el wifi no funciona por lo tanto la TV nunca funcionó, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el elevador de la entrada es un montacargas disfrazado de elevador, en si le solo la ubicación es muy buena, tienes de todo al rededor.
