This is a really wonderful hotel. Before my arrival the lovely concierge texted me to make sure they were prepared for my stay and graciously answered all my questions. I was given a wonderful room that faced their gorgeous pool area. The service at the hotel is flawless from the front desk, concierge to restaurant and spa services I utilized all perfect. The grounds are stunning. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Iganzu Falls! I really enjoyed my time there!

Nice stay overall. Breakfast options limited for vegetarians. Friendly staff but it can be challenging to communicate if you don't speak Spanish. Fabio at the Concierge was most helpful and courteous, giving us excellent tips to get around area. The taxi service used by the hotel is also very good, efficient, timely and reasonable with courteous drivers.

This hotel, resort, and casino is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good food, and have a spa treatment. We stayed here for 2 nights. We toured Iguazu Falls for over 7 hours on our 2nd day in Puerto Igauzu, and this resort was a great place to relax, dine, and sleep for our brief time in Iguazu. The staff are amazing! Close to the Igazu Falls

Excellent hotel with Casino and Tango show, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, it really was a very nice place to stay. But its most relevant feature is its proximity to the National Park containing Igazu Falls.
