Very clean and peaceful house

Really nice and very clean house in front of the lake, we had a comfortable room. Right next to the house is a great restaurant with perfect breakfasts. The host is really friendly and speaks English. The only small thing to mention is that we expected to have a common kitchen like in hostels to prepare food by ourselves, but there is only a personal kitchen, so we couldn't cook. That's not a problem, but probably will help someone to have the right expectations

Old school bed n breakfast

This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. The Mom running the place was doing her best and apologized for the noise, but couldn't do much about it. Before going back, I'd ask if a family reunion is underway. Also useful to know, it's about a 30 minute walk downtown.

We had a wonderful stay with my wife a daughter. The property is beautiful, it is across the street from the lake, we could see the lake from our room, beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and we loved our stay. The host was also very helpful.

Alojamiento en cabañita exterior . Habitación básica con calefactor eléctrico . Cama con sábanas Nina Herrera pero con varias frazadas en lugar de edredón . Baño limpio con ducha que tiene dispensador de shampoo y jabón líquido ( no rotulado , hay que adivinar cuál es cuál ) . Se dispone de secador de pelo pequeño . No hay otras amenidades por lo que se recomienda llevar gorra de ducha y cotonitos . Tiene kitchenette con implementos básicos . Pero sin te o café , etc . No sé si era factible solicitarlos . Durante los 4 días de estadía no hubo servicio de habitación ( cosa que me acomoda , pero es preciso señalar para quienes sí lo puedan desear ). Muy buena ubicación , tiene estacionamiento .

Quedé bastante decepcionado de mi estadía, por el valor pagado esperaba mucho más, definitivamente no volvería alojar ahí. Lo único que valoro es que la ubicación era buena, aunque jamás vi desde las ventanas el lago como prometía la reserva.

Leider werden keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert. Gleich bei der Ankunft wird man aufgefordert, entweder bar zu bezahlen oder per Sofortüberweisung. Auch B&B wird nicht angeboten; kein Frühstück. Das Bad ist spärlich ausgestattet (nur Flüssigseife), keine Ablagen, dafür aber einen Haarfön. Licht funktioniert nur zur Hälfe. Lage fussläufig zur Stadt, Haus sehr laut (Holzbauweise ohne Dämmung). Zimmer soweit ok, innerhalb des Familenhauses. Parkplatz vorhanden, aber insgesamt bei vielen Gästen eng.

No se porqué se califica de hotel, es una hermoso hostal, no había personal para recibirnos, no había mas pasajeros, el Sr muy atento, la habitacion estaba sin asear, ni habia confort en sanitario, el último dia cortaron la cafefacion a la 08:00 mucho antes del check out

Me senti em casa

A hospedagem foi ótima. Nota 8 em 10. Juan e Flor são ótimos anfitriões e a cachorrinha Susu é uma lindeza. O hotel está um pouco afastado do centro, o que traz silêncio para os hóspedes. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais caprichado, com frutas e suco natural. O manuseio dos alimentos também precisa ser mais profissional. Adoramos a hospedagem e recomendamos.

Hotel Canales del Sur

Pousada pequena, de administração familiar. Ambiente agradável, porém o quarto que ficamos (Tepu, separado da casa principal) era um pouco apertado, não havendo espaço o suficiente para abrir as malas. O banheiro também era um pouco apertado e o chuveiro não funcionava bem - vinha água quente por uns 3 minutos, depois ficava gelada e demorava uns 5 minutos para voltar a esquentar (era necessário desligar e sair do box). A cama era bem gostosa! Havia uma área comum com cafeiteira, frigobar e microondas bastante útil. Wifi não funcionava bem no nosso quarto. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. A casa é muito bem decorada, aconchegante e de frente para o lago, mas fica a uns 3km do centrinho.

Good location, maximised available rentable accomm

Long walk from town centre. Converted & extended large bungalow. Our accommodation was in wooden outbuildings. bathroom fully functional, but not best executed. Host Juan was very accommodating and helpful with local information, however may have been a little intrusive. Our room room was in one of the wooden outhouses, where the owners have maximised the available space, possibly to the detriment of the guests. The room was outside the main building. It was adequate, but compact. The bathroom was small and attached to the neighbouring room's bathroom, which was noisy and obtrusive.

Te sientes como en casa pero no es tu casa...

Mi primera experiencia en un B&B. En general fue buena. Me equivoque al no esperar la confirmación de Expedia... Entonces solo nos pusieron dar una habitación con 2 camas individuales. No estuvo mal... La casa bellísimas, muy limpio y ordenado todo! Los dueños muy amables y cariñosos. El desayuno esta bien. En relación precio calidad lo vale!

No lo recomendaría ni volvería

El hotel esta bien ubicado, tiene bonitos jardines y en general el hotel esta razonablemente limpio y el dueño tiene un trato cordial. Es atendido por sus propios dueños, lo cual lo hace más cálido pero es a la vez un arma de doble filo ya que a veces no se hace un trabajo profesional para la atención de huéspedes haciéndote sentir como que te hacen un favor. Me despertó un ratón que corría por el entretecho las últimas 2 noches y encontramos un par de arañas en las habitaciones. El hotel esta bien, solo requiere tal vez un trato más profesional y más atención a cosas elementales como tener papel higiénico de buena calidad en los baños y en suficiente cuantía.
