“We stayed at the ibeostar in Cancun and the difference is night and day. This one in puerto plata is not well kept. The pool was dirty, paint around the hotel chipping away , food was okay. No complaints about the staff, they were all friendly and polite. I just wish the facility was up to the same standards as the other locations. Cancun location there were shows and activities that we were made aware of and invited too. Im not sure if there were any here because I did not see any or hear of....
