We had an amazing time the hotel was great the staff from the front desk to the servers the cooks the cleaning staff and the entertainment staff was all amazing the water aerobics was great The gym could of been more updated but who really goes on vacation to work out. We had a wonderful experience! This is our second time coming here, and we are absolutely in love. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and the staff here did not disappoint. Between Jhoangel and Melvin, the treatment was immaculate. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time and had success with the birthday festivities. I am beyond grateful. Thank you to Senator and everyone who made our stay wonderful.

I didn't like that when I first arrived there, the staff try to sell me a membership for the resort. Besides that everything else was good, my room was in the renovated building, so I had a more modern room, compared to others. Beach was great, food was ok.

buffet was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner food was wonderful can't complain. and the wait staff was very friendly. the restaurant was not that great, Japanese restaurant was ok, not what you would get in an authentic Japanese place. Italian restaurant and steak house i will skip it. the property can decently use more lighting for the path ways back to the rooms i couldn't read any signs with building numbers. It's a beautiful location for the sunrises in the morning, and watching cruise ships doc. and it has to separate areas for the because and i loved that. I would definitely return to this hotel. the silent disco party was so much fun. put hotel really needs to play more Dominican music. Im in your country and want to experience your country and culture
