The property was good for a short stay in the area. We only used it as a lay over for a flight out the next day. Over all ok but was generally hot in the hotel. Rooms were ok as well.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport so that's why we choose this accommodation, everything was going well until at check out they make you wait 5-10 min to check the room if something is damaged or missing, they told me some bedsheets where stained with what appears to be hair dye, nobody in our room dyes their hair, so they charged me 90 usd, no chance to prove they where wrong, having stayed in hotels all around the world this is definitely a scam, I have evidence in photography in case, I would not recommend staying here.

The property was adequate to stay for one night before heading off to explore Palawan, but I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple nights. Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean enough although the A/C had trouble keeping up with very hot/ humid weather. The pool area needed a bit of maintenance but was otherwise pleasant. Free airport shuttle was a nice bonus.

Room needs a deep clean. There was someone's long black hair all over in shower walls. Bathroom where toilet area was, had drips of something running down the walls. Carpeted area was torn up pretty bad and filthy. Internet sucked most of the time.

They go above and beyond. Really. Even tho our flight was earlier then when breakfast started, they packed us food to go. The place was clean, the staff always greet you, it was really enjoyable.

This place is exceptional. They do airport transfers, free breaky - and if it's prior to 0630 they'll have a take away ready for you. It is clean and well looked after it. It has a pool and happy hour!

Property should not be taking guests. The property is being renovated and the pool area is completely closed. The rooms that are open are comfortable enough but very tired. Staff are great.

This is a very funky hotel with very cool rooms which are spacious and contemporary. The pool is a great addition and very welcoming after a hot day out and about in puerto princesa. What really makes this hotel is the staff. The service is outstanding, everybody we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant and the service their was world class, the staff should be commended, the perfect balance of efficiency and friendliness. This has to be the best hotel in town!

The property was great, the artwork, food, pool and rooms were all very tasty, nice and clean; all that met or exceeded any expectations i had. It was my first international trip so i will admit i came here not knowing a lot of things, playing the part of naive American. It was a brutal flight where i sgrongly urge you to NOT be 6'5" if you can pick that option. Right away the staff greeted me in a manner that lef me know that all was going to be fine and that anything even remotely-un-fine would simply be smiled at and made right. Truly, as i would soon know all too well, i had lucked out, come to Palawan and now i was in Paradise being treated like i was royalty. The kindness was so clearly sincere and it was so refreshing to enjoy talking with staff and feeling immediately that i was amongst friends! I cant give any better praise than that. It meant a lot and i have not experienced that level of caring staff anywhere, ever in US. I didnt even know that people as friendly, kind and beautiful as i found here existed anymore! So if a hotel can be given a perfect score then this one achieved it. For me it was inspiring! Seriously! simple evidence is the respect i was afforded and the assistance and kind acknowledgement of my engagement to my brilliant, beautiful and kind girl Michelle! The staff really was so nice and helpful--it will always remain a cherished memory of mine. I think you all deserve a huge trophy. And my gratitude!

Really lovely atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and we received complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really close to the airport and a free shuttle is offered by the hotel.

Clean and beautiful hotel
It's a beautiful and unique hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, the service was efficient, and everything was very clean. The room is quite spacious and the shower is very comfortable. It's a place that does not compromise comfort for aesthetics. Great breakfast buffet in the morning which several Filipino and Western choices. Very close to the airport so it was the ideal hotel to stay at before leaving Puerto Princesa.

The hotel is very upscale for the price. Make sure to pay extra for the breakfast at booking as it's pretty expensive at the hotel but well worth the extra cost as it provides full kitchen staff to order anything from breakfast menu + extras. I was actually sick while staying there, but room was very quiet, comfortable and just what I needed to recover from my illness.

Trendy design for the hotel. I like how they divided the bathroom facilities into 3 areas. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great hotel, friendly service
Hotel is really close to the airport and the provide a free shuttle which is nice. Had a room with double queen beds and the rooms are large. Pool area looked decent but I did not use it as i only stayed to nights. They have a restaurant called The painted Table attached so if you don’t want to wander further into it’s a nice option. Overall all recommended, clean rooms, great staff!

The restaurant was inviting and the food was good. There was no elevator which made moving luggage difficult. The room was uninviting and bed was uncomfortable. Unable to feel comfortable in the room overall.

Very disappointed stay
The service was terrible. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and was supposed to be a special evening for me and my wife as this was our first New Year’s Eve together without our children. We paid for a buffet dinner and was only 3 choices to eat and one dessert to choose from. The staff could not cope and we had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks. There was dirty plates and glasses everywhere and in the end we went to bed at 23.00 as we got fed up waiting for our drinks and was painful to watch the staff not have a clue what they was doing. And day to day the service was very bad and had to wait over a hour for a sandwich and even then not both sandwiches turned up so had to wait a extra 15 minutes for my wife’s sandwich to come. Not good enough for a 4 star

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and were always smiling. They answered all our questions, and followed up all our requests. The AC broke and they fixed it within minutes. We had an early flight so the waiter prepared a “to go” box for me. The room was clean, stylish, and upgraded. The buffet breakfast was really good. Our family loved the place so much. We want to come back.

The hotel I think is new with modern design. Staff in the reception looks new as well, young and a little bit inexperience. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and I like the free welcome cashew nuts...they were delicious. I did not like though the toiletries, they're cheap and the towels were old; not appropriate especially their rate is expensive. Location is good, biggest & famous souvenir store is just across the hotel and airport is less than 5 minutes away

Service was good, room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle was on time for pick-up and drop-off. Breakfast and dinner were horrible, and the shower could’ve used some improvements.

Stayed at this property for one night before our flight the next day. Reliable, clean, and modern property. Two minutes away from the airport. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. Great bar/restaurant downstairs, try their Pina Colada, the best I've had!

Good location
The hotel was convenient to the airport, staff was really great. Best show possible, comfortable bed, lacked a good restaurant and atmosphere. No breakfast menu , just buffet.

The set-up of the room is good. The restroom and bathroom is separated so someone can take a shower while another can use the toilet..
