Good enough.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. However the shower preasure was very weak, so if you are one to enjoy a good shower after an whole day of actuvity, this is jot the place for you. The food was also not that good. Breakfast options werw limited and too heavy. It would be jice of they offered fresh fruit or smoothie options.

Best place for your rest and relaxation
Everything was really good except the location that's far from downtown. They kindly assigned me a pool view room right next to. Especially I love the huge window to see the pool through. Every facilities is old aged but look well maintained. You won’t be disappointed if you like to find relaxation place in the Deep forest. Last, 2 dogs will be welcoming you lying on at the main entrance. No worry. They usually ignore every persons passing through.

숙소는 정돈도 잘 되어있고, 리셉션 직원도 친절했습니다! 수영장도 있어서 너무 좋았네요~ 하지만 약간 외곽에 있어서 밤에 시내에서 돌아올 땐 조금 무서웠어요^^;

가격대비 훌륭한 숙박
약간 외곽에 떨어져 있어서 시내로 이동하려면 트라이시클을 이용해야 하는 단점이 있긴 하지만 조용하고 수영장 시설도 좋고 포켓볼이나 다트 게임장을 저렴하게 이용할 수 있어 좋습니다. 가장 좋은 건 저렴한 가격대비 시설이 괜찮습니다. 2-3년 전에 한번 이용하고 다시 이용하게 되었는데 출입구가 바뀌고 주차장이 넓어져 이동시나 여행시 차량 이용할 때 편리하더군요.

공항에서는 가까우나 타운에서는 멀어시 트라이시클 금액이 많이 나와요 수영장 수질관리가 엉망이고 소독약이 독해서 우리 아이셋 모두 몸에 상처와 수영장바닥관리가 엉망이라 날카로운 부분에 저와 큰딸의 발가락이 찢어졌어요 언어소통이 안돼서 항의는 못했고 다시는 가고싶지 않아요

별다른 불편을 느끼지 못할 정도로 편안하지만 호텔 수영장은 그리 크지 않았던 점이 조금아쉽네요.

Nice, Cozy place but far from the town
The place was VERY nice. All employees are kind and the room was wide enough as well as clean. Little bit far from the town but doesn't matter if you want to get a tour. Most of the tour provide the pick-up service and just you can get a car in front of the hotel. In addition, you can make a reservation of the tours in the hotel.. It's little bit expensive rather than others but no need to search for or reserve seperately.

Romantic Place
It is very nice place in Puerto Princesa. Very nice accomodation and very nice staff are there. I recommend this hotel to you.

실제보다 사진이 훨씬 낫다. 컨셉이 맞지 않는 조형물이 많다. 위치가 불편하다. 그래서 교통비가 많이 나온다. 직원들은 매우 친절하다. 예쁜 직원들이 어떤 호텔보다도 많다. 방은 제법 넓다. 하지만 호텔스 닷컴과 연동 되지 않는지 3명의 예약을 모른다고 했다. 1명의 베드를 추가 했기때문에 추가비용이 들었다. 시티와 멀기 때문에 식사는 숙소에서 먹어야한다. 친절하고 예쁜여직원 때문에 행복했다

수영장도 있고 가격에 비해 괜찮은곳이지만 위치가 시내와 많이 떨어져있어 숙소에서 시내로 이동이 많은 일정이라면 추천하지 않습니다. 트라이시클로도 잘 안가려고 하고 시내간 이동보다 두세배정도 더 받습니다.

Está fea la entrada al hotel, solitaria. El baño estaba sucio lleno de empaques de shampoo de otros huéspedes pero estaba cerca del aeropuerto y en relación con precio calidad creo que vale la pena.

An extraordinary hotel in the middle of the city. The entrance, the many colours and plants make the stay special. The room was fine although there was little water pressure in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was fine but not special. The staff is friendly and helpful. A minus point though is the location, it is far from the city itself.

Far from center. Very hard matress. You get a monstrosity of a key the size of a book that they charge 200 dollars for if you lose it.

Not beachfront in anyway and hasn’t been for at least four years. Room okay but very limited for food in restaurant. Rough road into property so we now know what a Filipino massage is riding on tricycles.

Weirdest hotel ever
The style of this hotel is really strange, way over-stuffed and mixing different styles. Rooms are large but quite dirty, the bathroom is ok, but no shower gel provided. Swimming pool and pool bar are nice and quite enjoyable. Staff is friendly and ready to help: they prepared take-away breakfast for us (going on an early morning trip) and can get both tuktuk or motorbike service. Location is so so, a little bit off the main road. And, on the negative side, because is at the south-east of the city, all tours will start the pick-up from there, meaning you are the first to be picked-up and the last to be dropped-off (which means a good couple hours more on the bus/minivan)

The sculptures and decorations caught my attention in booking this hotel. Very unique. However, the restaurant is not always open which is totally different from other hotels and there wasn't any note about we have to inform them the night before if we want to dine in for breakfast or not. First night we did have the chance to eat because we informed them the night before since we will leave early, before 7 am (open time), however the next day which was Sunday we didn't have breakfast and no one was around. We did not know that they close the restaurant on Sunday and we didn't inform them the night before because we though they will be open at 7 am. It wasn't us who didn't know, we saw many guests coming to the reception as well asking for breakfast and no one was around. I think it is best to always include breakfast during the stay esp that the location does not have any restaurant close by that guests can walk. Pick up from tours are always between 7-8 am so having inhouse breakfast would be ideal. Staff are all nice and accommodating. No attitudes. In rooms- we don't have thermos or water heater for coffee or noodles if we want to have snacks which would have been nice to have since guests come from different time zone and may need to have something warm anytime.

The place was pleasant with beautiful scenery inside the property. The rooms were a little bit rundown, but very fair for the price in my opinion. The restaurant was very limited with options and very overpriced and took a long time to receive what you ordered as I believe they were coming from a different location off the property, but I could be wrong on that but it sure seemed like it for how long it took and how the meals weren’t very hot when received. To top it off though there were people smoking in the posted no smoking areas, including inside the restaurant area, which was very disturbing and nearly ruining my stay, and staff didn’t seem to be too concerned in doing anything about it, even though this is apparently illegal in the Philippines to be smoking in common areas.

Property was cute, especially for the price which was very reasonable. The restaurant overcharged and was slightly limited with options, and staff did nothing about the random guests that were smoking in the area, which was posted as a no smoking area, disturbing my meal.

Really nice quiet property located close to the airport. A few minutes ride on a trike and you are in downtown. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

This property is extremely hard to find. The check in desk is barely staffed and has limited hours. The room key has a large wood block attached to it and they request that you leave it at the unstaffed desk if you go out at night - and they are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. They also charge to consume water in your room - even though there is no signage.

Mysigt och prisvärt
Mysigt hotell med fin trädgård och pool. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Rummet höll bra standard och motsvarade beskrivningen. Platsen ligger en bit från restauranger och butiker så det rekommenderas att man hyr scooter för att enklare kunna ta sig till och från platsen.

Disappointing.
This hotel is well away from the centre. It has a skelton staff with limited hours front desk. Food is extremely basic. Too many cats around the restaurant, begging for food. Staff try to clear them but they returned. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again

Das Gästezimmer war ok . Sauber und es hat alles funktioniert . Leider sollte der schweizer Kollege sich mehr Gedanken um seine Mitarbeiter machen. Auch wenn fast keine Gäste im Resort Hotel sind , die jenigen die kommen haben ein Recht auf Bedienung? Oder ? Man muss an die Rezeption laufen und fragen ob man einen Kaffee bekommt ? Dort wird sich nur spassig unterhalten bei den Mitarbeitern. Das der Gast König ist ,wurde in diesem Hotel nicht angelernt .

This is not a beach front property there is no private beach although there is a public beach with fee and it's almost 1km away

We never advertise that our hotel is on any beach ! you are the first guest after 13 years of operation complaining about the Hotel being on a beach, and public beach is 5 meters away not 1 km
