โLoved the resort, loved being on the adults only side but having access to the perks on the family side.
They are constantly cleaning/pressure washing, or painting/updating.
Staff was mostly extremely friendly.
The App is useless, wish that got updated so you could do things like make dinner reservations and see the map or menus instead of having to go to separate websites for that.
Overall, Jamaica is paradise and bahia luxury was worth every penny, would return. โ
โWe enjoyed our time at this property. From the people and the pool and ocean to the dining options, it was all great. The check in process was a little time consuming even after doing the pre-check-in but it all got done. My only downside was that the facecloths and bath bats were not replenished during our stay. We will be coming back, truly enjoyed our experience. โ
โPiper's Cove was an excellent choice for our vacation. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. We would love to return and enjoy another stay at Pipers Cove. โ

El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografรญas con cocina y frigorรญfico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfecciรณn (que eso es un plus en la zona). El aparcamiento era en una zona cerrada dentro del recinto. Si vuelvo a Jamaica, repetirรฉ sin duda. โ
โThis resort was everything I wanted it to be although our room did have a leak, they sent someone to fix it asap. There were a couple hiccups but I appreciate there determination to fix their problems. I would come back to this hotel and do privilege again. Just make sure your phone service works in Jamaica because you need whatโs app to communicate. My phone didnโt work out there so we had only one phone to text butlers. โ
โVery nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.โ
โStaying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!โ
โTERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep..โ
โItโs your own place , so itโs private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient.
Security on site so definitely feel safe.
You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas.
Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance.
Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !!

โWhen I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I canโt wait to come back again! Loved it.โ
