We stayed here during the lockdown when the shootings and riots were going on after the passing of a cartel leader, and the staff members made us feel safe and secure and took care of us and we all looked out for each other. Overall, the place is exactly what you pay for.

The room was in good condition, they just need a little effort to make this an excellent place to stay on my next trip. Make sure they have toilet paper in the bathroom, hand towels and washcloths, and probably something to step on after showering too, especially when elderly people are visiting. Thanks!

The staff were so lovely, they felt like family by the end of the week. I wasn't crazy about the room they initially gave me. It received very little natural light. But then I asked if I could have a brighter room and they put me in a nice bright room on the second floor. They were very accommodating.

Very basic but clean room. No outlet in the bathroom. Only one outlet in the bedroom area. Nice pool. No amenities whatsoever. Beds were comfortable. Right next to a very busy street with no safe way to cross it for a few blocks. The hotel was located in an area that was not close to the more touristy areas so we left and moved to a different hotel. We were there over the Christmas holiday and there was no place in walking distance to get food other than the Subway fast food. The hotel did have coffee but no cream or sugar.

Did not look at all like photos. Entrance is off the street, off a busy street. Room was not like photos, bathroom smelled like urine, fridge didn't work. Bed sheets and pillow cases stained. Spent night with noisy air conditioner, cars and traffic, horns all night. Kids didn't sleep, neither did we. Definitely a budget hotel, not worth what we paid. Had to keep going down to desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels. WiFi weak. Staff friendly.

Very nice people. The real Mexican experience. The front desk people spoke quite a bit of English, better than our Spanish. More fun than an all inclusive. Walk the neighbourhood for some good coffee and fun meals . The rooms have AC and there is a nice pool in a beautiful courtyard . We had a great stay.

What a nice little oasis! From the moment you walk in, the staff is very pleasant, the plants around the pool and sitting areas are well taken care of, the air conditioning is good and the beds are comfortable. My only suggestion is for a bath mat, as tile floors are slippery when getting out of the shower!

Family weekend

It’s an older hotel but it was clean and well kept. We found the Family room was not very big for 3 adults and 2 children compared to some of the other hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
