“The hotel Is located a short walk from the beach . Clerks polite but but not cheerful . No information on any attractions or thinks to do near by . Hotel did lend towels for beach use . Room was very clean but clerks need some customer skill training . Should clean the showers heads in a regular basis to ensure a good water flow.”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room.
