"The hotel is conveniently located at the end of terminal 3 so we don’t have to ride shuttle. The room is clean. Customer service needs some improvement. Nobody pick up the phone when they were busy handing check in. My tv did not have any sound so I have to go to the receptionist to report the problem since nobody answer my calls. The next morning I called for luggage service at 6am nobody pick up the phone again. I dragged all my luggages myself."

"The staff were really nice and friendly polite and helpful. Especially NATA KURNIA and TABRONI who cleaned my room most days. The breakfast was really good with the range of things and you could adjust the order. I like a three egg omelette. The biggest disappointment was the dining room restaurant at night. Very limited menu and consequently very few people went there. This could do with a major improvement."
