"What I like most is the friendliness of the staffs. I would have given 10 stars if there is an option. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I book the sea view chalet at the resort. Heavy rain on my first night stay and my room had water leakage issue. Called guest service and they upgrade us to premier chalet on water for free. The only feedback I can give is trams service can be better. Sometime need to wait 10-15mins for trams to reach my chalet. Overall my family have wonderful time there....

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is a beautiful building and well cared for and our room was huge!! The dining options were great - something for every taste, and we really loved the option to be able to have anything for room service. The bar was also really lovely and had an excellent happy hour.
