"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests feel comfortable. The food was also outstanding, with plenty of delicious options and excellent presentation at every meal. The environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are well-maintained, and everything feels peaceful and well thought out. The only downside was the beach. While it looks nice at first glance, it was unfortunately filled with jellyfish, which made swimming pretty much impossible. I wouldn’t recommend going in the water, as there were too many stings and bites to risk it. That part was disappointing, especially since the beach was one of the reasons I chose this location. Still, aside from the beach, everything else exceeded expectations. I would definitely return just for the hotel itself but I’d stick to the pool instead of the ocean next time. "

"Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! The staff is extremely caring, helpful and knowledgeable on everything we needed. From the moment we arrived till check out everything was perfect! Food options were wonderful. Dinning at night was excellent. Pools and beach clean. But I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is! Special thank you to Alejandro, Kendy, Scarlett Louise, Jose and Jesus. They made our stay exceptionally great. "
