Stayed at the property over Memorial Day weekend. The Pool and pool attendants were fantastic. The rooms was clean and beds were great. However, I was charged multiple times, there reasoning is that this happens when you use third party sites like Expedia. And we tried to eat at the restaurant on property Half Cracked Tiki Shack and waited over an hour for appetizers when the restaurant was empty. All in all a very disappointing experience we won't be back!

The room and condition of the property were outstanding, the staff was top notch. Food choices were diverse but the quality was average. Having had recent hip and knee surgery I required a wheelchair for my stay which was provided but we had left the property for dinner near the end of our stay, when we returned my wheelchair had been given to ano6guest and they had none to replace it. I basically spent the last two days of our stay in my room. I signed for the wheelchair at the beginning of the stay, given a checked ticked by the valet when we left for dinner. The valet told me they hold the wheelchair until we returned but obviously that didn't happen.

Its like a modern upscale resort you would stay in at Las Vegas. Really nice, service oriented people working there. They seem to really care about you enjoying your stsy.

Our first impression was there were a lot of extra fees for everything self parking was $20 a day valet is 25. If you leave your room key on accident there’s a $25 fee to replace the key and you knock it out of the parking garage unless you have it the adult rooftop is $20 a person and your resort fee is $30 a day. Pool deck is super slippery. No warning signs, there was no available seats to sit at the pool. We found a curb to sit on by the pool in the sun no shade no refills on your drinks if you bring a pet it’s $100 per day per dog. There are no trash, dispensers or bags for dogs anywhere on the property and you pay $100 to bring your pet Grass anywhere unless you go out front to the employee parking lot the rooms noisy doors are slamming conversations are clearly what you’re in your room at checkout time I went down to go over the charges. They had an extra day on our bill we booked through you guys Expedia and they charge me for the full price was $1000. We did not drink any alcohol. It was overpriced and not great I check my bank statement when we got home. I saw that they corrected the charges. I guess they realize they did charge me for an extra day, I would not be in a rush to go back at all price gouging vibes $4000 for two days just wasn’t worth it. I’m glad to be home.

For a resort you still had to pay outrageous prices. Cost $20 each to swim at pool and it closed at 8:45 pm. Breakfast was out of line for $150 a couple. Don’t have a Bloody Mary for $18!!! You also have to pay for there shuttle service at $25 each way, Uber was cheaper. No beach. We had more fun off the resort and much cheaper eating and drinking. Need to lower or not charge for paying customers that stay at there resort. Found out from the locals there are better places to stay

We really enjoy this resort. This is a new facility right on the water. They offer about 11 restaurants and several bars. They even offer a small convenience store. Once you arrive, you never need to leave. Find a massive pool at the ground floor and for $20, use the pool club on the roof. Beautiful views of the harbor, sunset, bar & restaurant on the roof. We really don’t want too many folks to know about our new favorite place but we can’t keep it a secret. Absolutely fantastic facility. They offer a golf course but they don’t offer a beach on-site. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. Really wish they offered an all inclusive option. Looking forward to our next getaway to the Sunseeker!

This resort is extraordinary! My only regret is not having stayed more nights. Im already planning the next stay. It really is beautiful and has everything possible for adults. Not sure that I saw a lot of entertainment for the kids, though.

Waited far too long for the valet parking service to retrieve our car. But, there was a Mothers Day brunch and lots of guests were arriving for that. So really valet parking was a victim of circumstances.

Sunseeker is convenient with many restaurant options. What I like most is that you really don’t have to go anywhere else. We stayed the day pool side. Gym is really great. The overall feel of the resort is relaxing which is what we were looking for.
