“This place decided to charge us for allegedly leaving a stain on a table. No proof, no photo provided. We checked in 4/14 around 6pm, went to dinner, came home slept and checked out 4/15 at 7am. The property message me 4/17 about a stain on a table they couldnt remove, I asked for proof and they stated they have no way to show me. Then charged my card. We are very responsible and honest adults so if something was damaged, we would take full responsibility for it. This is not ok. ”

“We arrive got to reception and the King bed option is not available. Give a option of two bed. We went to meal at the restaurant the food are good. Went to the room and the tv no working. They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor.
