"We enjoyed our Wind Blend experience so much that we extended our stay for a full week. The resort is at the heart of the Kappalady village, giving you a unique feeling of being part of the local community. The hotel itself is brand new and beautifully designed; it is built with wood and coconut palms, and offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay. The team is amazing and took great care of us. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, which is a great opportunity to discover...
"It has only six rooms, but they are well maintained and serviced. Extremely friendly staff. Great for a leisure stay, quiet and great Sri Lankan food (I understand western food is an option). Flexible menu if you give enough time for them to fetch crabs. I am considering another stay. This time I rented only two rooms, but more in the future. Excellent for a family outing. Well worth the money spent. Although the nearby beaches are not, the beach front of this property is well maintained."

Family friendly and welcoming. Pancakes for breakfast were tasty. Room was simple and clean. Bathroom and toilet were basic.

"Remote space to really get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We stayed at Kay Jay Wild’s for 2 nights so we could do a full day safari at Wilpattu. While Kay Jay Wild’s was close to an entrance of the national park, it was not the main entrance which meant we had to wake up earlier for our driver to drive to the other entrance which was ~40km more distance.
Otherwise - service was great and every hotel staff was helpful, friendly and kind. "
