"Tiny towels supplied and had to ask for them. The room smelled like a gym locker but the smell might have been from the clothes steam closet. Something needed to be cleaned inside there. No dishwashing detergent provided. Mold in the showers. Stains on the bedding. Ample room for ski equipment but needed a second drying rack. Beds were a nice design. Floor heat worked well. "Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but it’s easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so it’s super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, that’s a plus. "
