"I booked the room based on the description and the picture of the room. But I received the room that did not match the room I booked. There was no phone to call front dest in the room. I used personal cell phone to call hotel. When hotel staff explained about the room I received vs. the description, I was confused and I felt cheated with the desciption of the room. I will not come back."
