"Excellent customer service esp. Ms Tong has gone out of her way to introduce Shenzhen from the Ancient City, Netherland Flower garden to the Talent park and Shopping centre for our 4 days stay. Will definitely come back to this beautiful modern yet traditional city again."

"I have paid to hotels come in advance but the hotel charges me again.... I have claimed to both the hotel and hotels come but they didn’t even care. I had to ask them for 100 times for the refund ....
