Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
部屋が暗い。掃除をしてない日が続いた。備品がない時もあった。窓を開けると、外ではなく、宴会場の上のホールでうるさい。最後の日は、前の部屋の泊り客の所に別の部屋の泊り客が夜遅くまで何度も大きな音でドンドンとノックをし、大声で叫んで眠れなかった。 １日だけきれいに掃除してあったので、驚いた！ フロントの責任者は良かった。
