The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was not bad. Staff were polite. The street was a little bit noisy. I wish I could have a double room instead of a twin room since the double room was more expensive. Overall, the experience this time was above my expectation.

The beds were like bricks. Also my card was charged by Hotels.com but the hotel wanted me to pay again and said they do not get money from site.

A place for a layover

The hotel is what it is. If you aren't on a layover you would go elsewhere. The only real issue I had was that they couldn't find my reservation and so check in tool ages and it was 1am. I finally just told them to change me again. They told me repeatedly that they'd never heard of Expedia.

Only one night stay for airport transit. The airport is close by. But local taxi only collect a flat fee. Other wise no one will be willing to send passengers to airport. The hotel needs to train their staff better how to meet meet incoming guest.

The hotel location is good.just a short walk in any direction there are shopping centers.nightlife.retail outlets.cafe..restaurants.roadside food stalls..the night atmosphere is electrifying.to airport is less than 10 minutes by taxi

地毯弄污，稱洗不掉，要客人賠錢，那是不是以後入位酒店所有用品連牀都要自備？ 這種叫四星級酒店，好像有點過份。 下次絕不入住。 大堂服務人員對客人的態度更是讓人咋舌。 簡直有辱閩南人好客之道。
