โMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and the food was good. I especially appreciated the high quality of their towels. There are also good restaurants around the hotel, including some excellent Thai food options.
However, there was one unpleasant issue: I was charged a fee for airport pickup which I did not use. Despite showing them the receipt of my payment at the airport (where I paid by credit card), they were suspicious of me. Normally, credit cards are not accepted in Morocco except...
โThe hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available.
The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. โWe are family with little kids and we stayed here almost 3 week . Location is very great close to you market and shop, property is plenty clean and quit . The first night I was not happy because washroom was dirty and I didnโt find stuff for laundry and cooking , but next morning Mehdi ( really excellent man ) fixed everything and we had great time there . I want to just focus that you need to tell about your problem and person ready to fix all for you . I come back one day โ

Managers at the receptions were very unprofessional and unkind. Probably not all of them, but at least the people I met for three days were.
I'd rather stay another hotel for my next trip to the city.

โReasonably clean, functional, basic. It did the job. The bathroom appliances eg. soap holder and the top of the shelf needed dusting though. Otherwise OK.โ
