Comfortable place, great view of the mountain, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor parking, tastefully decorated, and above all clean. Good variety of things to see and do, enough local restaurants for varied taste

I liked the kitchenette, but our bathroom had mold. The overall property is in good shape. The check in and key collection was entirely done through texts and email instructions which was convenient. The only staff I met at key was a bit surly. Good location though and lots of restaurants open around it in the off season.

I'll start with the bad... I called the reception desk to let them know my arrival time. They did not have my reservation on their system, I had to let them know I booked it through Expedia... Seems like Expedia did not send my reservation properly... The person on the line found me another condo. On arrival, somebody else had our condo. Not cool at all. Communication mistake between the guest and the reception desk... So now instead of having a condo with one bedroom as mentionned, we got a studio. We are a family of 3 and would have preferred what we originally paid and asked for. Very unpleased with this whole booking experience... was it Expedia or the Hébergement Mont Ste-Anne the problem... The good part about our trip was the area itself. It was right down the mountain. Easy access the to slopes. The parking was free, it can be tight with another vehicule parked next to you. The studio was clean with a kitchenette. The bed was just ok. Aside from the mixed-up, we had a good stay.

Staff was great getting us through directions of parking, finding the ski locker, what key works where, etc. Convenience to the lifts and Le Brez made our choice of ski in/ski out accommodations work well. The unit was okay, but could be improved. The heater under the window is extremely loud. Furniture is low end - uncomfortable couch, loose & wobbly side table - not safe for full coffee mugs, bed foundation is a shin stubber. Kitchen items were stacked and stashed in odd places - generally out of reach and no counter space for prepping. A small island on wheels with utensil drawers and convenient cupboard space.

I like the coziness of the property. Staff responded very promptly to my inquiries. Issues I had were that the pictures that were shared and posted online were completely different than the actual place. Pictures online seem much more modern than the actual place although the actual place was fine aesthetically. House could have better lighting. Rooms just had a single lamp for the most part. Shower was a bit small. Beds were hard with minimal padding but they weren’t terrible to sleep on. Windows did not open at all and there are very few vents in the house so not much ventilation. House was fairly close to attractions for the price.
