Overall it was a great spot with the ability to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was a bit dark and semi-underground, but with that said it was very clean. The staff was very friendly, and we really did enjoy our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and it was very clean. We knew prior to arriving that there was no elevator and while we were on the fifth floor, we chose to embrace the exercise. We will definitely stay there again when we return for another visit.

The room was very clean, the individual working the front desk was so friendly and it is close to some great sites and eats.
The alley way to the parking lot. It is tight but I was able to fit in with my 2025 Toyota grand highlander

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere! That made climbing stairs worth it. Our room was precious and quaint and very clean. The staff was super friendly and gave great suggestions for sightseeing.

Hotel is in a very old building so it’s not modern but honestly who cares? I walked into my room and felt like I was a guest of the king of France. It was amazing and a great location. Highly recommend.

Clean room, staff are all nice, places to visit are all closer to this hotel. The other thing that quite challenging is that they don’t have elevator for the luggage to carry upstairs and no slippers, fridge is empty for water bottle to drink and to use for coffee. Other than that is all good.

Lovely, quiet hotel close to the downtown core of Quebec City. Everything was easily walkable, parking on site was a huge blessing, and they even had complimentary umbrellas for us to each use when it poured all day during our stay! The room was lovely and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed our stay / would stay here again!
