AC noisy we needed help as a member was sick at night and the only staff on duty spoke no english at all and was more concerned about his outfit getting dirty than helping us which wasn't going yo happen we needed some sheets taken to the laundry staff that greeted us were lovely hot tub very nice

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub area are magnificent! This hotel is also convenient to the Quebec City ferry, which is located 4 kms from the hotel, so access to Old Quebec is very good.

I chose the hotel for its included facilities, which were restaurant, bar and pool. The check in was easy and friendly and the room allocated was clean but without a fresh air smell. The room faced on to a very busy road and noise from traffic came in directly through the room air conditioning unit. There was no changing room for the pool; apparently that’s common but wandering around hotel corridors in wet bathing clothes with only small ‘pool’ towels is not my idea of fun. The restaurant was only for breakfast and the nearest outside facility was a slightly upmarket fast food place. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection but with self service on disposable plates and cutlery. The interior design of the pool atrium and rooms with interior balconies warranted a better than average rating. However, no evening meal service, no pool changing room and a noisy bedroom were unexpected and disappointing.

Some furniture inside the upper lobies are too old and the pool contains too much clotine which made us very uncomfortable otherwise everything was perfect

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Our room was dirty. There was mould on the base boards in the bathroom. There was a big stain on the blanket on the bed and when we pulled back the sheets on the bed there were hairs that didn’t belong to us in the sheets. All in all we were disgusted.

The room was fine (perhaps a little dated) but the pool/hot tub was excellent! My son absolutely loved it! We also benefitted from a balcony view on the pool deck, and with some imagination you could believe you were in a tropical location.

The staff were really friendly and the facilities really clean. We barely slept because the air conditioner sounds like it’s about to start on fire every time it turns on so we were woken about 6 different times during the night from the noise of it. It was too hot to sleep without it otherwise we would have just turned it off.
