“On this occasion the room was very small and was disappointed. Have stayed here 4 times previously and always had a better room. Hotel is very central and an ideal location for shops, bars and restaurants. Would stay here again as love Chester.”

“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

The breakfast was very good and it was free. This was our 4th time we have stayed there.You could also help yourself to a free hot drink from the machine after we came back from walking each day.We stayed 4 nights like we always do.We just love it.Thank you to everyone there for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“호텔 본관에서 도보 3분 거리의 아파트에서 1박을 했습니다. 좋은 점은 주차장이 있고 방이 2개인데 각각 화장실 사워시설이 있는 점 입니다. 그리고 거실도 매우 넓습니다. 며칠 더 있고 싶은 곳 입니다. 체스터가 워낙 좁은 곳이라 중심지도 아주 가깝습니다.”
