Most everything is within walking distance definitely recommend a restaurant called Folk it was amazing. The breakfast at Altamonte was also great they have the best terrace for pictures

Very clean, cozy, and close to downtown. Great views of the monolith from our balcony and from the rooftop. The staff was very attentive and helpful in securing transportation to nearby wineries and attractions. Will certainly return soon.

We had the most incredible stay at Altamonte Hotel Boutique in Bernal! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. First of all, the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. We checked in quite late and unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who welcomed us, but he was so kind, helpful, and always smiling. Even though he didn’t speak much English, he genuinely tried his very best to understand us and assist with anything we needed — and did so with such warmth. That level of hospitality means so much. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of Peña de Bernal. And the rooftop? Completely to die for. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak in the scenery. Our room was wonderful — the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind and rest. A special thank you to Luis, our breakfast server, who took amazing care of us. The breakfast was delicious — honestly one of the best we’ve had — and the chili oil was the best I’ve ever tasted! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It was my fiancé’s birthday, and I had requested something special. The hotel went above and beyond with a beautifully decorated room, plus an awesome cheese platter and wine waiting for us. It made the celebration feel so personal

Por el precio de la estancia, esperaba una experiencia considerablemente mejor. La habitación era bonita, estaba bien arreglada y el hotel en general tiene una apariencia agradable; sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron nuestra experiencia. El jacuzzi era más pequeño de lo esperado. También solicitamos una tabla de quesos, pero la porción fue muy reducida y los quesos tenían poco sabor. Además, el restaurante —una de las razones principales por las que elegimos este hotel— se encontraba deshabilitado y sin servicio. El estacionamiento está ubicado a una calle del hotel, en un terreno en malas condiciones. El área de recepción no cuenta con una cubierta que proteja del sol, por lo que tanto la llegada como la salida resultaron incómodas. La habitación tampoco tenía aire acondicionado, algo que considero debería incluirse por el precio cobrado. Finalmente, al terminar nuestra estancia, la recepcionista nos pidió esperar mientras revisaban que “no nos hubiéramos llevado nada”. Entiendo que el hotel debe comprobar el estado de la habitación, pero la forma en que se nos comunicó resultó incómoda y de mal gusto. Aunque la habitación y las instalaciones lucen bien, la suma de estos detalles hizo que la experiencia quedara por debajo de lo que esperábamos por el precio pagado.
