I liked the pool, breakfast is delicious and service is great at all areas! I did not like many mosquitos in the room and restrooms, towels & coverlets quality and that there is no air conditioning at the rooms (please consider as an upgrade). Thanks!

El hotel en general está bien, está un poco retirado del centro y hay que caminar un buen tramo donde no hay iluminación. La comida pésima, según era bufet pero era totalmente improvisado e insuficiente, a las 8 a.m ya tenías que estar desayunando para alcanzar algo de comer, si llegas más tarde ya no hay prácticamente nada. Le preguntas a la señorita si van a sacar más comida, se molesta un poco y solo te prepara algo básico como unas quesadillas. Sugiero que no den ese servicio si no va a ser de calidad, es mejor que tener estos comentarios.

El servicio de 10, todos muy atentos siempre. Recomiendo el hotel para una estancia familiar, grupal o de pareja. El único detalle, fue que en mi habitación (rentamos 2) uno de los colchones ya estaba muy bajo y se sentían los resortes. De ahí en fuera, todo extraordinario.

No tiene aire acondicionado y sus ventiladores del techo no sirven o van muy lento o están rotos, así que nos llevaron ventiladores de piso pero eran muy viejos, tuvimos que comprar uno nosotros.

No es lo que esperaba, después de las 9:30 hrs ya no hay servicio se restaurante. No hay un lugar cercano para comer. O comprar algo. Tienes que ir en tu auto. Es un hotel limpio pero si vas en temporada de calor no tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores de techo. Y bueno es una opción solo que es aceptable.
