Great location and easy to come in and out of the hotel and to points of interest. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I did not have a car and Ubers were easy to get from there. Great view from balconies. AC works just fine and room was clean.

I love staying at Gran Hotel de Querétaro location is perfect from the minute you arrive to your check out the stuff is friendly and professional. Hotel is close to everything I highly recomment to stay at the rooms the have a view of the parks. The bed are very comfortable, if you like firm bed which I do. One of the reasons I love to stay there. The property has a good history one the stuff members told me all about it which I love.

The Grand Hotel de Queretaro is centrally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Querétaro. Our room was ready upon arrival, which made check-in smooth and convenient. Marina kindly arranged our early morning transportation to the airport, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of central Querétaro.
