“Very helpful staff”

“Frühstücksbuffet war ganz ok, das Zimmer passabel - hatten ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug und im Hotel fand eine Festlichkeit statt, sodass die höhere Frequentierung bei Nacht die Geräusche der Aufzugsanlage einem in den Schlaf summte. Uns hat es leider nicht gefallen. ”

“The BlackBerry Lodge is a very nice place to stay. It’s very convenient to get to the ferry and there are also plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. The rooms are spacious and each has its own private en suite. They offer a hot breakfast for an additional cost. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.”

“The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. ”

“We stayed here for 6 nights as a family. The check in process is easy, house was clean, good size and beds comfortable. We had great night sleep. The house is in perfect location of Kilrush as everything was walking distance! We would definitely use again as we have family there and it is perfect for us. Thanks Marcus for a lovely stay!”

“Large room for three adults, excellent Irish breasts the associated restaurant next door included - started at 9 when the restaurant opened but was ok as we used the time to go to the lighthouse on the peninsula about 25 km from Kilkee; plentiful free street parking in front - it's a one way street so no bad traffic, food options nearby, very close to the Kilkee cliff walk which is just awesome; the drawbacks were check in by 9 pm which was ok as we went out first day after overnight flight and...
