The room cleanliness was okay, but the condition was poor which is why the facility is probably being renovated.. The tv in the room was very small and the tub was clogged and water backed up at least eight or nine inches deep while showering. Some of the general amenities like the ice machine was non. Working and the construction crew started quite early, creating a lot of noise renovating the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Atrium. The parking lot was clean. The lobby was actually beautiful and calming and the staff was courteous and offered great food recommendations. The hotel rooms are a little dated but they are renovating so they upgraded my room and it was amazing. I didn't hear any noise from the renovations and my room was very clean and i am particular. They had a to go breakfast and a coffee bar which was perfect for me. I cant wait until the renovations are done. I definitely will be returning. The staff was very kind and addressed me by name and that personal care is important to me.

The place is under construction so I understand some of the inconveniences (no restuarant, power outrages, noise during the day) but apparently there is no housekeeping unless you leave, then they clean your room for the next guest. The covid pandemic somehow made it ok for hotels to cut down on basic services but we are well past that now. Housekeeping every other day would be nice. We had no lotion in the room when we got there so I had to ask for that. We needed more towels during our stay so I had to ask for that. As a hotel that is slightly more expensive then the neighboring hotels I really thought it would be a little better, service wise. The staff is very nice, though. The lobby is pretty and I guess being next to the convention center is a perk but not for us. Hopefully when the take over is complete with the major chain then things will improve.

It is close to Veterans Home where I visit my uncle, come from out of state. This time my visit wasn't as pleasant, do to all the remodeling, they started 6:30AM talking in the halls. When remolding is being done at least put your customers either on a different floor or farther away from the workers & work being done. they did have plastic up.

Most of hotel was under construction. Was hoping the atrium area you could get food/snacks, but is bar only. Breakfast is just on the go. Rooms very clean. Pool was nicely heated for the kids.

It was definitely dusty and noisy during work hours (8-5pm during the weekdays), but the staff was very nice. No one ever cleaned our room while we were there, but we didn't complain - I'm sure they would have done it if we asked. It should be very nice when the renovations are done next year!
