Lovely hotel in Quito. Attentive and kind staff. Breakfast options were excellent. Rooms are tidy. I appreciated that you get a fresh water bottle each day in conjunction with water filling stations on each floor. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with elevator and heater in the room, so was not cold. Facilities and room were great, in a safe location next to Plaza Foch. However the rates do not include breakfast, and although listed as an orbitz Expedia VIP access hotel, they did not honor my platinum status for free breakfast. Lots of places around for breakfast and meals, and overall good hotel in Quito.

Solid, clean, quiet, reasonably-priced lodging in Mariscal Sucre. Comfortable bed, clean room, only a 3 block walk to Plaza Foch to meet tour operators for day trips. Easy to get taxis. 24/7 staff very helpful with directions, activities, etc. Special thanks to Dianna: professional, helpful, understanding. RECOMNEND.

Es wurde als 4-Sterne-Hotel angepriesen. Ist nach deutschen Verhältnissen nur 2-Sterne-Hotel! Nach 30 Jahren nicht mehr ganz neu ! Personal sehr freundlich! Frühstück für 10 Dollar einfach ohne viel Auswahl! Fensterfront im Frühstücksraum wurde seit 1 Jahr nicht mehr gereinigt! Teppichläufer in der Etage fleckig und schmutzig! Teilweise Löcher im Vorhang und Store!
