The location of the apartment was great, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The walls had visible stains, and the bed sheets had small hairs on them. Additionally, the bed cover had a red stain, making it seem like it hadn’t been washed properly. Although the concierge insisted everything was clean, it didn’t feel like the cleaning was done correctly. Overall, while the location was ideal, I was disappointed with the cleanlinesa

Arriving at 8pm from the airport we discovered - as had four other guests booked via various platforms - that the 'hotel' had to send us a QR code in order that we could check in for a room we had paid well in advance. Much messaging of the 'hotel' they kept assuring us that the guard knew we were coming, guard kept saying (correctly) that we needed a QR code. Eventually we had to go out into the night and find another hotel room $60USD and to ring Expedia US number via Skype. Expedia were great and rang the 'hotel', told them they had to send the QR code. So we eventually could check in but only after having to pay another hotel to stay the night in order to get internet to use Skype to ring Expedia. This happened every day we stayed, piles of people waiting in the lobby while they tried to get their QR code from the hotel. The '24/7 Front Desk' is in fact the security guard who manages the permanent residents access and the 'hotel' access, its not the 'hotel' service. No information in the room about the various services offered (eg 'Breakfast for 2 people' on the room we purchased, nor 'Breakfast Available' on the general hotel description, exhausted by our comms with the hotel to that point we just went without. Walls are very thin so if the neighbors are noisy - tough t.tties to you. The recommended (by hotel) taxi driver didn't know where the hotel was to pick us up. Whilst the guard was very helpful the hotel service was not in any way adequate.

Comfortable, small kitchenette and large bathroom. Modern and nicely styled and across the rod from Carolina Park and walking distance to shops and Metro. Nothing provided for extended stays - no cleaning or tools provided to do it yourself, even when you ask nicely.

Comfortable luxury apartment

check in was not the smoothest but was sorted out after 15 mins, I should have communicated in advance to get a QR code to present to security guard. Location is best it could be in Quito and view and apartment were great. Would recommend but communicate before hand so your check in is smooth.

My experience in Xoe apartment. 😊

The property is beautiful with a wonderful view and the top roof is pretty but not much to do up there all the chairs were covered and for everything you have to ask for permission. About the unit, is amazing but was a little dirty and the walls around the bed was ready dirty, no extra toilet paper, if you call luxury apartments should have luxury furniture, not cheap plastic plates or fake plastic plants with the price tags, the bed should be solid and elegant custom built furniture so you can put your phone or something next to you, coffee table leg was broken also the stand lamp, carpet to small and the shower was hanging a metal cheap shampoo supporter. To use the laundry you have to buy your own soap and softener and pay $5.00 cash that is not in the description, it would be nice if the unit offer all that supplies so you don’t have to worry where to buy and you also use it ones. I suggest to put Blinds edge to edge to the wall there are not secure and loose. Things like that should be fix quickly to make your stay a quality experience to stay. (I’m an architect and interior designer and have been in a lot of places, this are just suggestions) in the beginning was hard to contact with the owner but after that communication was great.

Just DON’T, STAY AWAY This was, without a doubt, the worst booking experience I have ever had. The property description is a complete work of fiction. The conditions advertised are NOT what you will find upon arrival. The biggest lie was the parking situation. The listing is deliberately deceptive, leading you to believe parking is available. Let me be clear: THERE IS NO PARKING. We spent a huge amount of time and stress trying to figure out what to do, with zero help from the host. NO LO HAGAS, ALÉJATE Esta fue, sin duda, la peor experiencia de reserva que he tenido. La descripción de la propiedad es una completa obra de ficción. Las condiciones anunciadas NO son las que encontrarás al llegar. La mentira más grande fue la situación del estacionamiento (parqueo). El anuncio es deliberadamente engañoso, haciéndote creer que hay estacionamiento disponible. Permítanme ser claro: NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO. Perdimos una gran cantidad de tiempo y estrés tratando de averiguar qué hacer, sin absolutamente ninguna ayuda del anfitrión.

Esta bien solo que entra demasiada luz por las persianas y el sol te da directamente en la cara por lo que es imposible dormir, y decía que el desayuno estaba incluido pero no es cierto hubo buena comunicación pero cuando pregunte por el desayuno se perdieron y ya no me contestaron

Renté el apartamento en Xoe pero me terminaron reasignando a dos cuadras otro departamento en otro edificio que no era el de la reserva, porque ya no tenían disponibles a pesar de tener una reservación. El departamento reasignado fue bueno.

Mala atención del anfitrión

La comunicación con el anfitrión es terrible. El personal de vigilancia me retuvo en el lobby aproximadamente media hora porque el anfitrión no había generado un código QR para mi ingreso. Además, solicité ayuda al anfitrión para guardar mi equipaje en la bodega, pero nunca atendió mi solicitud.
