The room was small and smelled of paint.. there were no staff on site. Trolleys of dirty linen were left in the corridor. Rubbish
It was noisy you could hear all the floors creak and doors closing, people walking from rooms above. The door didnt open everytime. The water was cold so couldnt have shower and the heating was locked on low. The tv had a mind of its own kept going off.
