Brand new hotel with great facilities and hospitality.
All staffs were very kind and food was great as well.โ

Beautiful beach(no buoy which ruin the view)
Amazing pool ( i loved the long pool, especially)
The food by the pool was nice.
I loved its Arabic atmosphere.
But ,
Somewhat noisy by the airplane (but not that much)
Airconditioner was noisy and couldn't turn off so i should call the maintenance.
The size of our room was minimal and layout of shower was uncomfortable. ( but it's ok cos i didn't spend much time in the room)โ
โStaff were super attentive and helpful. Thank you to Muriel at Reception, Deepak and Edwin in the Premium Lounge and Rung at the Talise spa. Room was spacious and everything refilled every day. We've stayed at a few 5 star hotels, this is among the best. โ
โI had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service. โ
โI recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldnโt have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Iโd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent serviceโ
