“Exceptionally clean hotel with courteous staff”

“I enjoyed a pleasant stay; the professional and attentive service provided by the team truly made a difference. I would like to commend Roquia in the spa, as well as Badr and the rest of the restaurant staff for their excellent performance. Well done.”

“Quite honestly, im not sure how this property is 3 stars. Its 5 stars at least. Especially their staff. I was blown away how friendly and helpful they are. Rooms are just great. The property is like a small mansion in its Moroccan flair. How is this not fully booked at all times, is beyond me. One of the best stays i ever had.”

“Absolutely lovely! Safae was excellent and made our evening better!”

“At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi. At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful.”

“Secondo anno di permanenza al Conrad Arzana. Ho chiesto suite con vista mare: favolosa! Il servizio è stato sorprendente. Il resto della struttura è sempre al top, cucina compresa.”

“👍👍👍”

“Très bon séjour, chambre propre et personnel accueillant, merci !”

“Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they...

“Excellent service.”
