"Self check in was not easy. No reception staff available. Room was clean, very basic, had to share a communal kitchen one floor above ours. Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed. Also had many steps from the car park to entrance, not good if you have big cases to carry!"

"Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the...

"This is an amazing property, with amazing views of the fjord. You can sit and watch the boats and watch the sunset and read your book in total peace listening to the birds and water. Not to mention the first class facilities and its close proximity to village shopping facilities with bank, supermarkets. Loved it. "
