"I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room, quaint, just remodeled, very clean with a wonderful heater/ac unit and clean fridge. No hair blow dryer, glad I brought mine, but overall, 5 STARS the price was right too!"
"The best hotel i have stayed in in the last 2 years. Very clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were better than I have at home."
"Overall I gave 3 stars mainly because the advertised pictures verses the actual room were so far off that I really didn’t feel like I got what I paid for. I’m not trying to be picky but here’s the list. The room was much smaller than I expected. I was expecting a two room suite (a bedroom and a living room area). The living room area was said to have a pull out couch. Personally I would call it a loveseat. The advertised kitchen with stove top was a disappointment (the stovetop did not work well). I will say the staff was amazing about responding when the stove top was not working properly, but unfortunately there was no real fix to the issue without requesting a major repair. The evening staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower had two heads but only one worked. We stayed two nights. The first day the hot tub worked great according to my granddaughter. The second day I had planned to use the hot tub, but it was filled with small children in floaties like it was a mini swimming pool. A bit later a sign was posted that the hot tub was no longer working. Upon checkout, I had hoped I could talk to someone about some of these issues, but the one and only staff visible at this time appeared too busy and unfriendly. When I asked about checkout, she pointed to a basket full of door key cards. While the experience was not horrible, I will probably look for other options next time. "
